Biggest take away was I am not ALONE in my thoughts. I am not going to allow or accept shame for growing at my own pace. At the retreat I heard stories from other women that I needed to hear, and like wise.
I loved the sharing of stories from other women. Again, Shelley’s professional leadership skills, training (knowledge) speeches, and most: individual time to each and every participant.
I had the opportunity to attend another workshop by Shelley Hines and she did not disappoint this time either. It was held in a peaceful forest, with other beautiful women who want to grow and heal too. We arrived late due to an unexpected loss. My daughter’s and I grief was so deep that she let us share, grieve, and heal while respecting others and the agenda of the retreat too.
I would recommend Shelley to facilitate other events. Her insight helps with different energy, ages, and genders, making her an asset to lead and help other participants heal.
I have seen her in action before, and her ease to help my male friend, with severe combat military PTSD making him feel safe and secure, speaks volumes of healing, for herself and others. Even with my own military PTSD.
